Welcome to Storage AI ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

2. User Content

You retain ownership of all files you upload.
You grant Storage AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, analyze, and store your files for the purpose of providing AI services (e.g., tagging, summarizing, search, and question answering).
You represent that you have the right to upload the content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

3. AI Processing and Accuracy

The Service uses AI to analyze and tag files. AI responses may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee accuracy and are not liable for errors in AI outputs.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Upload illegal or malicious content, including malware.
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
Use the Service to infringe upon the rights of others.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All Storage AI branding, software, and designs are owned by Storage AI, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for loss or corruption of data, inaccurate AI responses, or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you (if any) in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
